Champion Laboratories Appoints John Casanova Vice President of Sales and Marketing

Casanova joins Champion Laboratories from Liberty Bell Inc., where he was most recently vice president of sales and customer service. Prior to Liberty Bell, Casanova held varying and progressively responsible positions at Remy International, Visteon and Monroe Auto Equipment.

ALBION, Ill. – John Casanova has joined Champion Laboratories as vice president of sales and marketing. In this role, which became effective April 1, Casanova will spearhead Champion Laboratories’ initiatives to enhance sales growth and increase brand awareness for the company’s leading filtration products worldwide — including the brands Champ, PetroClear, Kleener and Luber-finer.

Casanova joins Champion Laboratories from Liberty Bell Inc., where he was most recently vice president of sales and customer service. Prior to Liberty Bell, Casanova held varying and progressively responsible positions at Remy International, Visteon and Monroe Auto Equipment.

“John’s experience has given him a strong background in sales, marketing and operations, which will be invaluable in his new role with Champion Laboratories,” said Michael Gibbons, acting president and vice president-finance for Champion Laboratories. “We heartily welcome John and are excited about all of the positive attributes he will bring as we look to move the company forward.”
