Centric Parts Names James Tucci As Vice President Of Operations

Tucci will be responsible for the company's warehouse, manufacturing and remanufacturing operations.

Centric Parts, a division of APC Automotive Technologies, has announced that James Tucci has joined the company as its vice president of operations for the Centric, Qualis and StopTech divisions. Tucci will be responsible for the company’s warehouse, manufacturing and remanufacturing operations. In addition, he will lead its Global Quality and Logistics teams. The appointment of Tucci is the latest addition to the company’s senior management team, which is led by its newly appointed President Greg Woo.

“We are extremely pleased to have James Tucci as a part of our team. His experience and focus on continuous improvement strengthens our mission objective of ‘Right Part, Right Place, Right Time, Right Price’,” said Woo.

Prior to joining Centric, Tucci was the vice president of operations for Prime-Line Products in Redlands, California, a home improvement hardware supplier. Earlier in his career, he held senior supply chain management and operations responsibilities at Fleetpride Inc., a heavy-duty truck and trailer parts distribution business.

Tucci holds both Bachelor of Arts and Master of Science degrees in supply chain management from Michigan State University. He is a Lean Master, Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt and Six Sigma Black Belt. Tucci also is a 19-year veteran of the United States Marine Corps and Marine Corps Reserve.
