CHICAGO — CCC Information Services, a supplier of advanced software, communications systems, Internet and wireless-enabled technology solutions for the automotive-claims and collision-repair industries, has named Michael Croxton senior vice president of marketing and product management and Paul Marushka senior vice president of CCC’s National Insurance Market.
Prior to his arrival at CCC, Croxton served as the senior vice president of marketing and product management at Atlanta-based Inovis, where he directed software and services strategy, global marketing and business development. While there, he served as an instrumental member of a leadership team that doubled revenues through strategic acquisition and organic growth.
Prior to Inovis, he was vice president of marketing at supply chain leader Manhattan Associates. While there, he helped build a product and company strategy to one of sustained growth and profitability, which allowed Manhattan Associates to be one of only five technology companies to achieve national recognition as one of the "best performing companies in high tech."
Formerly with Fair Isaac Corp., a provider of decision management software and analytics, Marushka was vice president and leader of Fair Isaac’s Insurance Practice, with responsibility for the development, promotion and delivery of Fair Isaac’s solutions for clients in the insurance industry. He also had responsibility for managing a portfolio of accounts across Fair Isaac’s competencies.
While at eLoyalty Corp., a customer relationship management consulting and systems integration firm, Marushka held several leadership positions including vice president of the strategy and analytics group. Marushka has extensive experience in corporate planning, operational management and transactional finance and law. His background includes roles as vice president of corporate planning and analysis at ABN AMRO North America, as an investment banker with Morgan Stanley & Company’s Corporate Finance department and as an attorney with the international law firm of Baker & McKenzie.
