CAWA Board Appoints Ryan Maas Of Total Specialties USA To The Association’s Manufacturers’ Advisory Council

Maas has been with TOTAL for six years, specializing in the sales and consultation of auto parts distribution in Northern and Southern California.

Jack Gosnell, of Next Level Parts and CAWA chair of the board, has appointed Ryan Maas of Total Specialties USA to the association’s Manufacturers’ Advisory Council (MAC).

In announcing Maas’ appointment, Gosnell said, “Ryan has represented his company at several CAWA leadership meetings in the past and we are pleased he has stepped up to serve in CAWA’s leadership. We anticipate that he will contribute to the future successes of the association and the industry it serves.”

Maas began his career at Ry-Nck Tire & Automotive as a general service technician with a long-term focus on management. In 2001, he entered management as an assistant store manager and within five years, he reached the regional management level. He was responsible for nine locations and managed more than 120 employees in a retail environment. Maas left Ry-Nck Tire & Automotive in 2012 and began his career in chemical/lubricant sales, where he was recruited by TOTAL Lubricants, the world’s fourth largest oil, gas and renewable energy major. He has been with TOTAL for six years, specializing in the sales and consultation of auto parts distribution in Northern and Southern California.

Maas graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Environmental Studies from Sonoma State University.
