CARQUEST Names 2006 Excellence Award Finalists

RALEIGH, NC – CARQUEST Auto Parts has narrowed the 2006 Excellence Award to 11 finalists. The winner of the 2006 award will be named Oct. 6, in Orlando, FL.

This is the 15th year of the CARQUEST Excellence Award and the Technicians Advisory Council. The award is based on criteria such as industry involvement, number of ASE certifications, community involvement, training, shop appearance and customer service. The CARQUEST Excellence Award seeks to recognize the independent automobile service business that, through the course of everyday service excellence, exemplifies the professionalism necessary to build public understanding and respect for people working in auto service today.
