UCI International announced that Bruce Zorich has given notice that he will retire as president, CEO and Director of UCI International LLC, effective July 3. At that time, he also will retire from his role as CEO of UCI’s commonly owned automotive aftermarket businesses, which include businesses operated by Autoparts Holdings Ltd.
Zorich’s position will be filled by Thomas Degnan, a director of UCI Holdings, who also is the CEO of Reynolds Group Holdings Ltd., an affiliate of UCI.
Baker will lead the company’s sales team, developing and executing strategies to drive growth across Holley’s portfolio of brands.
