STEZZANO, Italy – Roughly 10,000 readers of "Sport Auto," a popular German sports cars magazine, not only chose the sportiest or customized cars, but also the best accessories to equip either their cars for the racetrack or just to improve and tune their sporty vehicles.

The Sport Auto Award 2012 honored the best accessories in 12 categories, such as wheels, exhaust systems and sports seats. Brembo won for the sixth time the Best Brand in the category of brake discs. Brembo brakes were selected by 75.1 percent of the participating readers.

The Sport Auto Award was established in 1980 and is highly regarded in the European automotive industry, according to Brembo. This year’s award presentation ceremony took place in Stuttgart, Germany.
