MARKHAM, Ontario – Brad Morris, general manager of Grote Industries Canada, has announced that Bob Shively has joined Grote Industries Co. in the capacity of U.S. sales manager, Grote Electrical Connections and Accessories division. 
With more than 31 years of sales and sales management experience in both the heavy duty and automotive marketplaces, Shively will provide customer support and service as well as knowledge to assist customers with the variety of product categories within Grote’s product offering.
“With the recent appointment of Mr. Eric Morris as the global director of sales, electrical connections and accessories and this new appointment of Bob Shively, we are committed to growing this business and providing our customers with the very best in product offerings and programs supported by dedicated and talented individuals,”said Brad Morris.

Shively has held a variety of positions including territory and regional sales management with Belden Wire & Cable as well as Exide Speed Clip Electrical Accessories and most recently as regional national aftermarket sales with Phillips Industries. Shively will report to Eric Morris at Grote’s Markham, Ontario location. He currently resides in Johnson City, Tenn., with his wife Vicky.
