In the eight-minute audio interview, Bloom discusses:

As president of MSI Global Tax and Compensation, Bloom is responsible for the strategic direction and management of MSI’s global tax and compensation division. She serves as MSI’s in-house subject matter expert for U.S. individual income tax and complex global compensation tax issues.

Bloom brings more than 15 years of experience to this role. Before joining MSI, she was employed in the international expatriate tax department of PricewaterhouseCoopers. More recently, she was a senior manager at Deloitte. Her role included day-to-day oversight of client engagements, consulting, policy development and benchmarking projects.

Bloom holds a master’s degree in accounting and a Master in Business Administration degree in international human resource and global development from the University of Phoenix. She also holds a bachelor’s degree in economics from Montclair State University. She is currently certified with the Global Professional in Human Resources (GPHR) certification from the Society of Human Resources. Bloom is an Enrolled Agent (admitted to practice before the IRS) and a member of the National Society of Tax Professionals.
