BBB Industries Receives Outstanding Customer Service, Outstanding Product Fill Rate Awards From The Alliance

This is the second straight year that BBB has been recognized for both awards.

MOBILE, Ala. – At the Dec. 4 Aftermarket Auto Parts Alliance awards banquet in Aventura, Fla., BBB Industries was recognized with two awards, one for its outstanding product fill rates and one for outstanding service as a supplier of rotating electrical products.

This is the second straight year that BBB has been recognized for both awards. The Fill Rate award was based on achieving at least a 95 percent or better fill rate. BBB also was awarded the Outstanding Customer Service award for the second straight year. This award recognizes a vendor for exceptional quality, outstanding sales support, superior customer service and top-notch technical support.

“We were committed to repeating in 2012 and our commitment to customer service and to the Alliance group is evident in us winning this award in back-to-back years. We’re already working diligently to do it again in 2013," stated Executive Vice President of Sales Trey Smart.

“Part of our strategic position and our competitive advantage is the added value that we bring to the table, outside of the product itself,” added President Joe Felicelli.

BBB Industries provides the Alliance group with thousands of SKUs from a diverse portfolio of products, including both new and remanufactured starters and alternators for automotive and heavy-duty applications.
