BBB Industries Adds Senior Director Of Business Development

Mark Nugent’s primary responsibilities will include assisting with merger and acquisition target identification, assessment and due diligence processes.

BBB Industries has announced that Mark Nugent has joined the company as senior director of business development. Nugent’s primary responsibilities will include assisting with merger and acquisition target identification, assessment and due diligence processes.

Tim Roth, executive vice president of business development and strategy, said, “We are delighted to further strengthen our industry-leading team with Mark’s strong background in global business development and industry experience. We look forward to Mark’s contributions as we broaden our customer base to support our business growth plans.”

Prior to joining BBB Industries, Nugent was employed at Cummins Inc. in Columbus, Indiana. He spent more than 10 years in various roles, including director of product planning and business development – new and recon parts operations; director of strategic recon business development; and director, mergers, acquisitions, alliances support.

Nugent has a Bachelor of Science degree in civil engineering, a Master of Business Administration in finance from Brigham Young University. He also has earned Six Sigma Green Belt Certification.
