Bartec Offers ‘TPMS Tuesday!’ Training Classes

The company will conduct exclusive online TPMS clinics covering all aspects of service and diagnostics.

Owners of Bartec TPMS tools can now participate in weekly TPMS training, called TPMS Tuesday!

Starting June 22 and every Tuesday afterward, Bartec will conduct exclusive online TPMS clinics covering all aspects of Tire Pressure Monitoring System service and diagnostics.

“By scheduling the day and time for our training clinic, it will allow our customers to better plan their training schedules,” Bartec USA’s GM Scot Holloway said. “We are holding two clinics each Tuesday to cover the Eastern and Pacific time zones”

Clinics are now scheduled for basic TPMS, Sensor Service, Diagnostics, Re-learn procedures and Tools.

“The Bartec Group is at the fore front of TPMS knowledge and support and these online clinics are just another part of the complete range of TPMS related services,” Holloway said.

The TPMS training clinics are designed to help technicians and trainers better understand TPMS and are just another example of the value-added services only Bartec offers to their customers. Visit the Bartec website at www.bartecusa.com for more information.

CCC Report Analyzes Labor Pressures, Vehicle Complexity

CCC Intelligent Solutions Inc. (CCC) announced it has published its 2024 Crash Course Report, which indicates that increasing vehicle complexity, combined with rising labor costs and shortages, are placing persistent pressure on both insurers and repairers.

New findings show that while vehicles may be safer, more capable of avoiding crashes and more environmentally friendly, advanced technology is contributing to costlier repairs, higher claims costs and longer cycle times. Additional factors, such as scheduling backlogs, have contributed to the 60% increase in the amount of time it takes for vehicles to enter repair shops after estimate completion, compared to pre-pandemic times.
