Bar’s Leaks And Rislone To Sponsor 2015 Woodward Dream Cruise

The local Michigan companies are showing their support for the automotive DIY and performance enthusiast communities.

BarsLogoAutomotive performance and stop leak chemical makers, Bar’s Leaks and Rislone will be attending the 21st annual Woodward Dream Cruise in Metro Detroit on Saturday, Aug. 15. The Woodward Dream Cruise is the world’s largest one-day automotive event, drawing 1.5 million people and 40,000 classic cars from around the globe.

The event takes place along a 16-mile stretch on Woodward Avenue, running through nine host cities and bringing in a variety of custom and collector vehicles. Cruisers come from all over the country to participate in this annual summer event celebrating the state’s involvement in the automotive industry and its significant ties to car culture.

Our company is as passionate about the automotive industry as we are about our local community, and we thought this event was the perfect way to share our car care and performance products with enthusiasts in the area,” said Carrie Mermuys-Ventura, president of Bar’s Leaks and Rislone.

The Bar’s Leaks and Rislone tent will be located in Royal Oak’s Memorial Park. The company will host on-site activities for event attendees. Those who participate will have a chance to win Bar’s Leaks and Rislone’s most popular products, as well as T-shirts, hats and temporary tattoos.

The brand spokespeople, Bobby Janiec, from the popular TV series “Hardcore Pawn,” and Caitlin Burt, whose work includes the feature film “It Follows,” will also be joining the Bar’s Leaks and Rislone teams during the event.
