ETE REMAN, one of the largest aftermarket automatic transmission remanufacturers in the United States, announced the acquisition of ATSG (Automatic Transmission Service Group), one of the leaders in automatic transmission technical support and training. ATSG President Wayne Colonna will both remain in his current role and become the new technical director at ETE REMAN.

ETE’s level of sophistication is unmatched anywhere, and the access ATSG will now have to late model transmissions, dynos and frankly, an R&D budget we’ve never had before, solidifies our future. It means ATSG is going to be here for transmission shops for a long, long time.”
