ASA Automotive Systems Names Mary Carbonneau As New Controller

Prior to joining ASA, Carbonneau served as controller for a provider of outsourced data center and managed services, U.S. subsidiaries of publicly held U.K. and Dutch firms in the computer software and semiconductor manufacturing industries.

MERRIMACK, N.H. – ASA Automotive Systems has announced the appointment of Mary Carbonneau as the company’s new controller. In this role, Carbonneau will oversee all of ASA’s accounting operations, management reporting, compliance/control and adherence to GAAP.
 
Prior to joining ASA, Carbonneau served as controller for a provider of outsourced data center and managed services, U.S. subsidiaries of publicly held U.K. and Dutch firms in the computer software and semiconductor manufacturing industries. Carbonneau holds a B.S. in education, a B.S. in accounting/finance and an MBA.
 
“Mary knows the software business, having worked for a similar sized software company for eight years, and brings a wealth of strong experience,” said Ken Halle, president of ASA Automotive Systems. “Mary’s combination of skills, process management and HR experience are a perfect fit for ASA at this time and we look forward to her contribution to ASA’s continued growth and success.”
