Arnold Motor Supply Named A 2017 Top Iowa Workplace

The 2017 Top Workplaces, sponsored by the Des Moines Register, ranked Arnold Motor Supply in the top 50 for midsized companies. This is the company’s fourth consecutive year on the list.

Arnold Motor Supply has been recognized as one of the Top Workplaces in Iowa for the fourth consecutive year. The 2017 Top Workplaces, sponsored by the Des Moines Register, ranked Arnold Motor Supply in the top 50 for midsized companies.

“It’s a distinct honor to all of us at Arnold Motor Supply that we’ve achieved this honor four years in a row,” said Dennis Spooner, managing partner. “From our employee culture, all the way through to our end customers, we strive to make Arnold Motor Supply a great place to do business and work. We couldn’t be happier knowing that our employee surveys have placed us in the top tier of employers once again.”

The Top Workplaces in Iowa recognition is determined by employee feedback through an anonymous survey conducted by WorkplaceDynamics LLP, a leading research firm on organizational health and employee engagement. The Top Workplaces in Iowa employee survey focused on three critical aspects of the workplace, including: engagement – an assessment of how employees feel about working at the company overall; organizational health – an assessment of the fundamentals of the company; and satisfaction – an assessment of the day-to-day job.
