Andy Bergstrom Recognized as Arnold Group 2011 Store Manager of the Year

Andy Bergstrom, manager of the Auto Value Parts Store in Glenwood, Iowa, received the coveted Store Manager of the Year Award.

SPENCER, Iowa – Arnold Motor Supply, headquartered in Spencer, Iowa, recognized the 2011 top performers for the Retail Store Division of The Arnold Group of Companies at the company’s Manager’s Meeting held Jan. 10 in Ankeny, Iowa. Andy Bergstrom, manager of the Auto Value Parts Store in Glenwood, Iowa, received the coveted Store Manager of the Year Award. This award was created to recognize the individual who best exemplifies outstanding leadership in the pursuit of performance excellence, and who has done the most to further store performance in The Arnold Group of Companies. The recipient of this award is dedicated to principled, centered leadership and committed to the core values exemplified by E.P. Arnold.  
 
Arnold Motor Supply was started in Spencer, Iowa, in 1927 by E.P. Arnold and today is one of the largest partnerships in the United States, with stores in Iowa, Minnesota, Nebraska and Missouri. The Arnold Group of Companies is comprised of five divisions, two distribution centers covering stores in five states and serves 52 company stores and 35 independent Auto Value and non-aligned jobbers. Twenty-one company retail stores have complete machine shops.
 
The Arnold Group of Companies includes Arnold Motor Supply, Auto Value Parts Stores of Nebraska, Industrial Paint Solutions, Auto Refinish Solutions, Midwest Cylinder Head and Machine and The Merrill Company.
