NEW YORK — THI, parent company of the Extang, TruXedo, BedRug and UnderCover brands, has acquired Advantage Truck Accessories Inc. and Torza Inc.
Formed in November 2007 by Kinderhook Industries LLC, a New York-based private equity firm, THI is a growing family of respected aftermarket truck product brands.
Advantage, based in Elkhart, Ind., is best known for the company’s range of tonneau covers such as the TorzaTop, Sure-Fit and Hard Hat. Advantage introduced its first product to the aftermarket in 2002.
