AAM Group Names Bo Bacon Vendor Support Specialist

Bacon's role as vendor support specialist is geared at increasing engagement with and placement of AAM Premier Vendors at its member warehouses.

The AAM Group, one of the largest program distribution groups in the SEMA marketplace, recently named Randall “Bo” Bacon as vendor support specialist, a newly created position intended to increase engagement with and placement of AAM Premier Vendors at its member warehouses. The role expands AAM’s commitment to drive sales through program-affiliated jobbers, bolster distribution growth, and maximize the investment of the group’s supporting manufacturers.

Bacon is an industry veteran who most recently worked at Nickels Performance as a buyer. In addition, he has served as an outside sales rep for Keystone Automotive and inside sales manager at Nickels.

“I am excited to be stepping into the role of vendor support specialist with AAM,” said Bacon. “It’s been eye-opening to learn about all of the many ways the AAM team works to grow the aftermarket at the levels of retail, manufacturing and distribution. I’ll be putting my 20-plus years’ experience in performance and truck to good use in expanding relationships among AAM vendors, members and jobbers to achieve accelerated growth for all.”
