JACKSONVILLE, FL – National Carburetor has signed a contract with Illumaware LLC for the use of Evokat, Illumaware’s electronic catalog, to manage its ACES and PIES data online.

“Evokat allows our own people to update our files and send them to channel partners whenever we want, and at no cost to the channel partner," said Eddie Obi, president of National Carburetor. Obi added that this represents a significant time and cost savings for the company.

National Carburetor began using Illumaware’s ACES Advantage software to identify the holes in their data coverage, which enabled the company to increase the completeness and accuracy of its files. This enhanced data coverage appears to be yielding results. In mid-January, National Carburetor secured a new multi-million dollar contract with AutoZone to carry its domestic and foreign line of replacement carburetors. Obi credited Illumaware with helping the company meet AutoZone’s data requirements.
