TRELLEBORG, Sweden – Ulf Berghult has been appointed new chief financial officer (CFO) of the
Trelleborg Group. He will assume the position during the second quarter of 2012. He replaces Carolina Dybeck Happe, who will join Assa Abloy as CFO in the spring.
Berghult most recently served as CFO of Dometic Group, a manufacturer and supplier of products for the caravan, motorhome, automotive, truck and boating industries. He previously worked as CFO of the Thule Group and Rolls Royce Marine Systems, among other companies. Between 1987 and 1995, he was employed as controller within the Trelleborg Group.
