BBB Industries Wins the Aftermarket Auto Parts Alliance Outstanding Customer Service Award

MOBILE, Ala. – At the recent Aftermarket Auto Parts Alliance awards banquet in Aventura, Fla., BBB Industries was recognized with two awards for its outstanding product fill rates and for outstanding service as a supplier of rotating electrical products.  
 
The first award that BBB received was based on achieving a 95 percent fill rate. BBB, and 35 other vendors, were recognized for superior shipping performance for the full year.  
 
The second honor, the Outstanding Customer Service award, is voted on by the Alliance group’s shareholders and recognizes the supplier that has embodied the professional service levels and commitment of an Alliance supplier. The award recognizes a vendor for exceptional quality, outstanding sales support, superior customer service and top-notch technical support.  
 
“In 2011, the Alliance group introduced its 'Service is the Difference … We Get It!' campaign. The fact that BBB continues to receive outstanding service awards from yet another world-class automotive aftermarket company highlights the fact that the BBB team gets it too," said Executive Vice President of Sales Trey Smart.
 
“I couldn’t be more proud of the BBB team. The fact that the BBB team has been recognized four times this year demonstrates why we are the best in the business,” added President Joe Felicelli.
