TRELLEBORG, Sweden – Trelleborg Group announced that its CFO has resigned. The company has undertaken a search for a new financial chief.
 
Carolina Dybeck Happe decided to step down from her position as CFO and will return to her former employer Assa Abloy as its CFO. Her resignation will take effect in the first quarter of 2012, Trelleborg said.
 
“My decision to leave Trelleborg Group has not been an easy one,” said Dybeck Happe. “Working as CFO of Trelleborg has been an incredibly rewarding experience. Trelleborg is an exciting company with a strong international corporate culture and considerable future potential.”
