CHICAGO – LKQ Corp.'s board of directors has elected Joseph Holsten, the company's acting chairman of the board and co-CEO, as the chairman of the board. His appointment was made on Nov. 7.
Holsten, a director of the company since 1998, succeeds Donald Flynn, who passed away on Oct. 10, 2011.
In addition, on Nov. 7, the board elected LKQ President and Co-CEO Robert Wagman as a member of the board of directors.
