QUINCY, Ill. -- Jim Allen has joined Titan International as vice president of sales. Allen will be headquartered in Des Moines, Iowa, at the Titan Tire Corp. offices. He will head Titan’s total sales group for tires and wheels.

“Jim has a background in the automotive industry. We believe his experience and quick learning skills will fit into our culture at Titan,” said Maurice Taylor, CEO and chairman of Titan International.

Allen will be visiting all Titan facilities in the next 60 days.
