According to a new Consumer Reports survey, Americans have had their fill of poor customer service – and 64 percent march out of stores if they get bad service.

Another 67 percent admit hanging up the phone – even without resolving a complaint – if they get bad service.

According to the survey, not being able to get a real, live person on the phone is the top complaint, followed by rude salespeople.

And which stores deliver the worst customer service?

According to those Americans surveyed, Walmart, Sam’s Club and Costco top the list of worst places to buy as well as those with the least capable and knowledgeable staffs.
