PENDLETON, Ind. -- Remy International announced that at its annual meeting of shareholders this week, John Weber, William Foley II, Alan Stinson, Brent Bickett, Lawrence Hagenbuch, Stephen Magee and Norman Stout were elected as directors.
Additionally, the shareholders approved the 2010 Omnibus Incentive Plan and the Amendment and Restatement of the company's Amended and Restated Certificate of Incorporation, dated Dec. 6, 2007. Approximately 90 percent of the outstanding shares were present by proxy or in person at the meeting.
