Modine Announces Executive Promotions

RACINE, Wis. -- Modine Manufacturing Co. has announced the promotion of two executives at the company’s global headquarters in Racine, Wis.

Tom Marry has been promoted to the position of executive vice president – Europe, Asia and Commercial Products Group. Marry assumes responsibility for Modine’s European Region following the recent resignation of former Modine Europe Regional Vice-President Klaus Feldmann.

Marry has been with Modine for 13 years and has held a variety of management positions with the company, including director of the North American Engine Group; general manager of the Truck Division; director Global Power Train Cooling; and vice president of Asia & Commercial Products Group. Prior to joining Modine, he held positions with General Motors, Robert Bosch and Milwaukee Electric Tool in the U.S. and Europe. Marry has a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from the University of Illinois and an MBA from Kellogg School of Management, Northwestern University.

Matt McBurney has been promoted to the position of vice president – Commercial Products Group. McBurney has been with Modine for 19 years, and has held variety of engineering and operational roles including application engineer in the company’s former Aftermarket Group; application engineering supervisor and program manager in the Automotive Division; plant superintendent at the company’s manufacturing facility in Richland, S.C.; business manager, North American Heating and Cooling, and most recently director of the North American Commercial Products Group. McBurney has a mechanical engineering degree from the University of Wisconsin Madison and an MBA from Marquette University.
