MILWAUKEE — The Directors of Johnson Controls Inc. have authorized a regular quarterly cash dividend of $0.16 per common share. The dividend is payable July 5, 2011, to shareholders of record at the close of business on June 10, 2011.
Johnson Controls has paid consecutive dividends since 1887.
