STRONGSVILLE, Ohio —  PPG released the following statement on the death of colleague Randy Dewing:

"On behalf of PPG, it is with great sadness that we announce the death on May 7, 2011 of our colleague Randy Dewing. Randy joined the PPG Refinish team in June 2005 as manager, MVP Business Solutions. His industry experience and leadership qualities contributed significantly to the success of the Business Solutions team. Prior to joining PPG, Randy owned and operated his own consulting firm and collision repair center. His associates at PPG will remember his amiable and warm personality, professional work ethic and dedication to family, customers and teammates. Randy was based in Gilbert, Ariz. He is survived by wife Lynn, daughters Joy, Amanda and Lindsay, son Justin and mother Katherine. We extend our deepest sympathies to the Dewing family.”
