THE WOODLANDS, Texas -- FleetPride Inc. has acquired the assets of Cimarron Truck Parts in Cushing, Okla., and Oklahoma Truck Supply in Muskogee, Okla., today.
Both companies were previously owned by East Tulsa Truck Parts and Equipment, Inc. Cimarron was acquired on April 1, and Oklahoma Truck Supply was acquired this week.
With these acquisitions, FleetPride now owns and operates six locations in Oklahoma.
