TRELLEBORG, Sweden -- Trelleborg has finalized the divestment of its light vehicle brake host operations, which has been sold to French company Flexitech. Trelleborg said the divestment is a further step in the group’s strategy of focusing on selected segments. The operation was part of the Trelleborg Automotive business area.
The divested business has annual sales of approximately $22 million and slightly more than 200 employees. All sales are made in the Brazilian market.
The sale of the division was
first announced in mid-January.
