VAN BUREN TOWNSHIP, Mich. -- Visteon has announced plans to commence a private placement offering of $500 million aggregate principal amount of senior unsecured notes due 2019.
Visteon says it intends to use the net proceeds of the offering, together with cash on hand, to retire its $500 million senior secured term loan due 2017 and pay related fees and expenses.
