ESPELKAMP, Germany – Germany-based Hüco Electronic has announced the formation of a new subsidiary: Hüco Automotive GmbH.

Hüco is a TS16949 certified manufacturer of automotive electronic and engine management products that has served the automotive OEM/OES and aftermarket for more than 30 years. Dedicated solely to the needs of the automotive sector, the new Hüco Automotive GmbH will commence operations effective Jan. 1, 2011.

The new company will be located new, larger facilities in Espelkamp, Germany, to
accommodate additional testing and engineering requirements and improve logistics support.

Hüco’s business interests and product development efforts for North America are managed by Vantage Marketing Global Inc., based in Grand Island, N.Y.
