PITTSBURGH, Pa. -- Signal Extraprise Corp. reports that the company experienced unprecedented exhibit booth traffic and prospective customer interest while at SEMA 2010 earlier this month. The company introduced its new tagline, “Innovative Software…Now in the Cloud” to complement its eXceed suite of business software solutions, designed specifically for the tire and automotive service industry.
The company says the frenzy of activity on the show floor confirmed interest in best-of-breed technology solutions. Signal Extraprise says it is now building its operations team to handle and support the fast-growing demand, which includes a backlog of more than 200 locations scheduled for installation next year. As a result, the company said it is adding sales executives to collaboratively work with tire and automotive service professionals to implement solutions to enhance the profitability and productivity of their operations.
In addition to seasoned veterans Dennis Clark and Brian Vukmir, both of whom have held vice president positions with Signal Extraprise for years, Joe Parker, a former Signal Extraprise development manager, has returned in a sales position after years in operations for a Silicon Valley-based e-Commerce firm.
Signal Extraprise President and CEO A.J. McKenna said, “SEMA show organizers and TIA deserve praise for creating the Global Tire Expo this year and providing exhibitors and attendees with a refreshed venue for face-to-face meetings and networking opportunities. Our positive experience was a clear signal that the aftermarket has been emboldened and is preparing for resurgence after challenging times.”
