Somerset Tire Service Chooses Signal Extraprise as IT System Provider

PITTSBURG, Pa. -- Somerset Tire Service Inc. (STS), a Bound Brook, N.J.-based multi-location, multi-state tire and auto service firm, has selected Signal Extraprise for the implementation of tire and auto service IT solutions
       
STS is one of the largest independent tire and automotive service companies in the Northeast, with more than 115 retail locations throughout New York, New Jersey and Pennsylvania. Deployment of Signal Extraprise solutions throughout the network is the result of a contract awarded earlier this year.
       
In announcing the new agreement, Michael Cardali, VP of information technology at STS, said, “We conducted a thorough search of the tire and automotive service information technology systems and determined that Signal Extraprise solutions were the superior choice for our store operations. Naturally a concern of ours, and part of our decision process, was to weigh the advantages of a new system against the risk and effort of orchestrating a smooth transition.
