LIVONIA, Mich. -- TRW Automotive Holdings Corp. has announced the underwritten public offering of 7.5 million shares of its common stock held by Automotive Investors LLC, an affiliate of The Blackstone Group L.P., and certain members of TRW.
TRW says it will not receive any proceeds related to the offering. In addition, the total number of shares of TRW's common stock outstanding will not materially change as a result of the offering.
