ORLAND PARK, Ill. – AAPEX attendees are encouraged to act now to lock in discounted early-bird rates for their stays in Las Vegas during AAPEX. Available discounts on hotels range from 10 to 30 percent. AAPEX organizers also have negotiated the elimination of resort fees at most hotels resulting in additional savings of up to $20 per night.

The deadline for the discounted hotel rates is Aug. 31.     

“We were able to negotiate very competitive hotel rates again this year for attendees who use the joint AAPEX-SEMA housing bureau,” said Bill Glasgow Sr., show manager. “We have not seen these bargain rates in many years. For example, the room rate at the Venetian last year was discounted to $204. This year we negotiated $179 down from the current rate of $229.”
