MEMPHIS, Tenn. — AutoZone announced the latest addition to its mobile offering with the AutoZone for Android app available immediately in the Android Marketplace. Like AutoZone for iPhone released last May, AutoZone for Android simplifies users' shopping experience, provides access to free vehicle repair guides and AutoZone's entire product catalog in an easy to use interface.

The app boasts powerful features that include the ability to browse AutoZone's extensive inventory of parts and accessories, check availability and pricing, create shopping lists, locate an AutoZone store and track AutoZone Rewards account balance.

"AutoZone for Android is about giving customers the tools and information they need, how and when they need it," said Jamey Traywick, director, e-commerce, AutoZone. "We're helping customers find the parts and the repair information they need to do the job right the first time."

The AutoZone application for Android allows users to quickly and easily:

• Locate a store, get store contact information and hours, and get directions to the store with a zip code or using the built-in GPS locator.

• Create and store vehicle information to personalize their shopping experience.

• Create and manage shopping lists to expedite their in-store visits.

• Check pricing and availability for the parts they need based on their selected store.

• Get unlimited access to vehicle specific repair instructions to help them complete their project.

• View their AutoZone Rewards account balance.

AutoZone for Android is available as a free download on the Android Marketplace.
