NASHVILLE, Tenn. — Vista-Pro Automotive announced the appointment of Debbie Radish as director of human resources. Radish has more than 20 years of business experience, primarily in a manufacturing environment.

She most recently served as Corporate Human Resources Manager for Polyglass USA, Inc. (a division of Mapei Group), a roofing materials manufacturing company located in Winter Haven, Fla. While at Polyglass, her key accomplishments included managing employee relations for its U.S. facilities; developing and implementing a performance and development program tied to annual performance appraisals and succession planning initiatives; managing recruitment activities; and successfully implementing a Human Resources Information System (HRIS), including payroll and time and labor management.

Prior to her tenure at Polyglass, Debbie worked at AkzoNobel Coatings in Nashville, Tenn., where she held several positions, including senior human resources administrator, business process manager and materials control supervisor.

Radish has a bachelor's degree in management and human relations and a master's degree in business administration. She is a member of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) and the American Society for Training and Development (ASTD).

"We know Debbie will be a great asset to Vista-Pro, and we're excited to have her join our team," said Lori Hines, Vista-Pro CFO.

Radish says she is looking forward to her new role at Vista-Pro.

"I’m thrilled to be a part of Vista-Pro, and I'm ready for the challenge. From an HR perspective, Vista-Pro is closely aligned with the workplace elements I believe are most important. They offer a wide array of growth opportunities for employees through career development, employee enrichment and succession planning. The company also has a
long-term strategy focused on servant leadership.

"Joining Vista-Pro will enable me to help the company as it continues to build a strong foundation based on ethics and empowerment. My role will also be critical in helping the company meet its short- and long-term business goals. I want to help the company expand its positive, progressive attitude and drive for success."
