ELK GROVE VILLAGE, Ill. – Penray has promoted Rita Otto to the position of environmental, health and safety officer. Otto specializes in safety regulation and compliance. She is the appointed chairperson for the company’s Safety Committee and reports to Steve Muth, chief chemist.

Otto joined Penray in September 2009 after having been a student intern for the company’s Environmental, Health and Safety department during three previous summers.

“We are excited to announce Rita Otto’s promotion,” said Muth. “She brings great enthusiasm and a sincere interest for regulation and compliance to the position and will unquestionably take Penray to the next level as we continue to grow.”
