NASHVILLE, Tenn. -- Vista-Pro Automotive, a portfolio company of Wynnchurch Capital, has announced the sale of certain assets of Centrum Reman LLC (LTD Parts) to BBB Industries, a privately held company. LTD Parts provides premium remanufactured rotating electrical products and power steering products for the U.S. automotive and light truck aftermarket.

Vista-Pro was formed in August 2009 to acquire Centrum Equities XV, a holding company that had acquired select aftermarket assets of Visteon Corp. in 2008, including LTD Parts, and substantially all of the North American assets and operations of Proliance International Inc.

“The divestiture of LTD Parts substantially eliminates Vista-Pro’s debt and allows for a complete focus by management on achieving new levels of excellence as a leading supplier of climate control products,” said Roger Brown, chairman of the board of Vista-Pro.

BBB Industries LLC is a leading participant in the U.S. rotating electrical remanufacturing industry. For BBB, the acquisition of LTD Parts provides a strong strategic expansion of customer base and product lines, the company said.
