STAUNTON, Va. – Federated Auto Parts has presented Outstanding Supplier Support Awards to its supplier partners that demonstrated excellent performance in each of five categories in 2009. The awards were presented on April 16 at Federated’s annual meeting held in Phoenix, Ariz.

“Every year Federated recognizes companies that achieve excellence in key categories that are essential to the overall success of our members,” said Rusty Bishop, CEO of Federated Auto Parts. “This year, we are pleased to recognize these great supplier partners for their outstanding performance in 2009.”

·    Order Fill Vendor of the Year – East Penn;
·    Education/Training Vendor of the Year – Standard Motor Products;
·    Marketing Vendor of the Year – Federal-Mogul;
·    Sales Representation Vendor of the Year – Affinia; and
·    Electronic Catalog Vendor of the Year – Dorman.

Last week, it was announced that USA Industries had been selected as Federated’s overall Outstanding Vendor of the Year for 2009.
