Penray Promotes Erica Bryant to Head of Customer Service

ELK GROVE VILLAGE, Ill. – Penray has promoted Erica Bryant to lead customer service representative, effective immediately. In this position, Bryant’s primary responsibilities include handling all orders for the heavy-duty, automotive, coolant inhibitor and private label divisions. She reports to Chris McKenzie, director of marketing.

Bryant joined Penray in 2006 from the credit department of Snap-on Tools, where she worked with automotive technicians and dealers, giving her valuable experience in the aftermarket industry as a customer service specialist.
