Nearly all of the premium seating has been reserved at the AASA Executive Breakfast during AAPEX on Tuesday, Nov. 3 featuring Richard Roy, president and CEO of Uni-Select Inc., one of North America’s leading automotive and related product distribution organizations. Interested attendees are urged to reserve their spot at the popular event as soon as possible.

The annual AASA Executive Breakfast is scheduled for 7-8:45 a.m. on Nov. 3 in Ballrooms G-I, The Venetian, just prior to the opening of AAPEX 2009. The event is sponsored by Ernst & Young.

“We are pleased that Richard is joining us for the 2009 AASA Executive Breakfast. Uni-Select has experienced tremendous growth and is one of the leading warehouse distributors in the automotive aftermarket,” said Steve Handschuh, president and COO of AASA. “As a major player in the automotive aftermarket, his insights will be of particular interest to our members.”

Table reservations or individual ticket orders for the event can be made online at http://www.aftermarketsuppliers.org/aapexportal/breakfast09.html or by clicking on the AAPEX logo on the AASA Web site home page, www.aftermarketsuppliers.org. Tables of 10 can be reserved for $750; individual tickets are $85.

Handschuh will open the meeting by addressing the state of the aftermarket industry and AASA initiatives. Following Roy’s keynote presentation, he will answer questions from the audience.

Attendees at the AASA Executive Breakfast during AAPEX can earn 0.2 University of the Aftermarket CEUs. “AASA is proud to partner with the University of the Aftermarket in offering these credits for our AAPEX Executive Breakfast, which attendees can apply toward their automotive aftermarket professional (AAP) or master automotive aftermarket professional (MAAP) standing,” Handschuh said.

Online registration for AASA members and a downloadable registration form is available at http://www.aftermarketsuppliers.org/aapexportal/breakfast09.html.
