AKRON, Ohio -- Myers Industries has entered into a non-binding letter of intent with Zhongding Sealing Parts Co. Ltd. to sell substantially all of the assets of its Buckhorn Rubber Products Inc. and Michigan Rubber Products Inc. subsidiaries to Zhongding Sealing Parts Co. Ltd.
Assuming that all of the conditions set forth in the non-binding letter of intent are satisfied, Myers Industries anticipates that the sale would occur before November.
