DENVER – The Denver Business Journal has reported that Gates Corp. has acquired Dubai-based Hydrolink group, an international fluid-engineering company operating in the oil and gas markets of the Middle East and former Soviet states.

Terms of the deal were not disclosed.

In addition to its headquarters in Dubai, Hydrolink also operates in Azerbaijan, Bahrain, Kazakhstan, Kuwait, Oman, Qatar, Saudi Arabia and Yemen.

Hydrolink will become part of the Gates Engineering and Services Group. Hydrolink's founder, Kevin Roberts, will remain with the company.
