SURVEY RESULTS: Only One-Quarter of Readers Say Their Business is Unaffected by GM's Bankruptcy Filing

For weeks now, industry analysts have warned that if GM declared bankruptcy the trickle-down effects on the supplier industry would be significant. Last week, following the announcement of the automaker's filing for Chapter 11, we asked: Will GM’s bankruptcy affect your business?Only one quarter of AMN readers said GM's bankruptcy would have no effect on their business. Just over 40 percent said the bankruptcy will mean a loss of business for them; while one-third expects to see an increase.

The breakdown of results shows:
