ERLANGER, Ky. -- New Life Transport Parts Center of Grand Rapids, Mich., has acquired Trailmobile Parts of Erlanger, Ky.

The asset purchase includes the exclusive rights to the distribution of Trailmobile’s aftermarket repair parts in North America. Trailmobile will operate as a separate New Life entity, continuing to supply Trailmobile parts to authorized Trailmobile outlets. In addition, New Life has added a fully staffed sales office in Florence, Ky.

Commenting on the acquisition, New Life President and CEO Robert Hinton, said, “With the addition of Trailmobile to our system, we have strengthened our competitive market position and added significant value to our product offering. Trailmobile will enhance our value added proposition to our entire customer base.”

New Life’s customers now have access to both Strick and Trailmobile genuine aftermarket repair parts from any of New Life's seven regional warehouse locations.
