PHILADELPHIA -- Pep Boys has named Ronald Stoupa as its new vice president of marketing. In this role, Stoupa will oversee the company’s marketing, advertising and branding and will report directly to SVP of Merchandising and Marketing, Scott Webb.
Stoupa most recently served as director of brand marketing for Bass Pro Shops, where he was responsible for the creation and direction of the company’s brand marketing department.
“We are pleased to bring Ron on board as part of the Pep Boys team,” said Webb. “His strong background in retail consumer marketing and brand building will help us continue to create improved strategies for reaching our customers and leveraging our iconic 88-year-old brand.”
